About Printable Toolkit
Printable Toolkit is a set of browser-based generators that produce printable PDFs — worksheets, planners, calendars, puzzles, paper, and trackers. Nothing here is a fixed PDF you download and hope fits. Each page is drawn to the settings you choose, previewed on screen, and exported as vector PDF.

Why generators instead of downloadable templates
A static template has one letter height, one line spacing, one margin. A three-year-old learning pencil control needs letters two to three times taller than a six-year-old in kindergarten, and no single template serves both. There is a second, quieter problem: most print dialogs default to “Fit to page” and shrink the sheet by roughly 3–7% to clear the printer's unprintable margin. On a coloring page nobody notices. On handwriting guides, graph paper, or a ring sizer, that shrink turns a measured tool into a misleading one.

How this site pays for itself
Printable Toolkit is free to use — no account, no watermark, no download limit, no paid tier. It is funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. Ads are kept outside the generator area and never appear in the exported PDF. We do not sell user data. The text you type into a generator — names, word lists, amounts — is turned into a PDF by JavaScript on your own device and is never sent to us, so there is nothing on our side to sell. What advertising and analytics cookies do collect is described in the Privacy Policy.
When something is wrong
Generators fail in ways a static template cannot. A puzzle can generate with no valid solution, an answer key can land off by one, a grid can print four percent small on one paper size and correctly on another. Every tool page carries a feedback link, and the contact page takes reports directly. We read every message. Reports that include the page URL, the paper size, and the print dialog's scale setting are usually reproducible straight away — that combination explains most sizing problems on its own.
What this site does not do
Some limits are worth stating plainly rather than burying in terms of service.
- Not financial advice. Budget, expense, and debt trackers are recording formats. They do not model interest, they do not project outcomes, and they are not a plan.
- Not medical or psychological advice. Mood trackers, emotion wheels, and ADHD planners are self-recording tools. They are not assessment, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not replace a clinician.
- No unlicensed characters. We do not publish coloring pages or worksheets built on cartoon, film, or game characters we have no rights to. Handwriting fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
- No homework service. We build the sheets. We do not fill them in, and we do not generate answers to submitted assignments.
