We read every message. This is a small project, so replies are not instant — but reports that include the details below usually get reproduced and fixed without needing a back-and-forth first.

Reporting a wrong or broken printable
The more of this you include, the faster it gets fixed:
- The page URL
- What you expected versus what actually printed
- Paper size (A4, US Letter, or A5) and orientation
- Your print dialog's scale setting — 100%, Actual size, or Fit to page
- Browser and operating system
Sizing problems in particular are almost always reproducible once we know the paper size and the scale setting. That pair explains most of them, because “Fit to page” silently shrinks the sheet to clear the printer's unprintable margin.
What we can help with
- A generator producing a wrong or impossible result
- A puzzle with no solution, or a wrong answer key
- A page printing at the wrong physical size
- A translation or localisation error
- An accessibility problem
- A suggestion for a tool or paper size that does not exist yet
What we cannot help with
- Custom printables built on licensed cartoon, film, or game characters
- Completing schoolwork or generating answers to assignments
- Recovering a PDF you generated earlier — generation happens entirely in your browser, so we never receive a copy and have nothing to restore
- Account or billing questions — there are no accounts and nothing is charged
